The Holy Spirit Festivity

There is a moment that I remember picking up clients at the Azor Hotel for a private tout that was remarkable! When we go on a private tour our guest can choose what they want to visit beside the main itinerary. For me it is crucial to show everybody my culture. Here in the Azores we are known for having the Holy Spirit festivity ( Festa do Espirito Santo) and I am always at one of the parties! This feast consists in a party that is known for sharing bread, wine and meat(beef) and everybody gets to eat  one of the main dishes such as The Holy Spirit soup.

On this day I gave my Guest the opportunity to try that amazing meal and to go to one of these festivals.
